1. Introduktion

Denne privatlivspolitik beskriver, hvordan appen "Ressourcefinder" (Namespace: info.genbrug.byggematerialer) fungerer. Appen er skabt til at fremme brug af overskydende ting og materialer med fuld respekt for dit privatliv.

2. Oplysninger og privatliv

• Anonymitet og Identitet: Appen er designet til anonym brug. Vi indsamler ingen personlige oplysninger som navn, telefon eller e-mail. Vi benytter Firebase Auth til at tildele din enhed en anonym identitet, så du kan administrere dine egne annoncer sikkert.
• Enhedsoplysninger: For at sikre den bedste tekniske oplevelse og fejlsøgning gemmer vi tekniske oplysninger om din enhed, herunder model, operativsystem, sprogindstillinger og skærmstørrelse. Disse data er anonyme og bruges kun til teknisk optimering.
• Notifikationer: Vi benytter Firebase Cloud Messaging til at sende dig besked om, at en Annonce eller Zone er ændret, eller hvis der er kommet en chatbesked på en Annonce. For at dette kan lade sig gøre, gemmes en unik notifikations-token for din enhed samt dine valgte notifikationsindstillinger. Denne token er koblet til din anonyme identitet.
• Lokationsdata: Appen indsamler ikke din lokation. Vi sporer ikke din position, men vi gemmer Zonens indtastede lokation.
• Billeder: Adgang til kamera og fotobibliotek bruges udelukkende til at uploade billeder af de materialer, du ønsker at vise i dine egne annoncer.
• Indhold og data: For at appen kan fungere, gemmer vi dine indstillinger, annoncer og zoner, du opretter, samt chatbeskeder sendt i forbindelse med annoncer. Al data gemmes sikkert i vores database (Firebase/Firestore).

3. Tredjepartstjenester

Vi benytter Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Messaging) til teknisk identifikation, lagring af data og notifikationer, samt Mapbox til at levere kortfunktioner i appen.

4. Sletning af konto og data

Du kan til enhver tid slette din konto og alle tilknyttede data direkte i appen under Profil → Slet min bruger og data. Sletningen er permanent og fjerner alle dine annoncer, zoner, chatbeskeder og din anonyme identitet.

Hvis du ikke har adgang til appen, kan du anmode om sletning ved at sende en e-mail til rogerstarry1@gmail.com med din AnonymId (AuthId), som du finder under Profil i appen. Vi behandler din anmodning inden for 30 dage.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how the app "Ressourcefinder" (Namespace: info.genbrug.byggematerialer) operates. The app is designed to promote the use of surplus items and materials with full respect for your privacy.

2. Information and Privacy

• Anonymity and Identity: The app is designed for anonymous use. We do not collect any personal information such as name, phone number, or email. We use Firebase Auth to assign an anonymous identity to your device, allowing you to manage your own ads securely.
• Device Information: To ensure the best technical experience and troubleshooting, we store technical information about your device, including model, operating system, language settings, and screen size. This data is anonymous and used solely for technical optimization.
• Notifications: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to notify you when an Ad or Zone is changed, or when a new chat message is received for an Ad. To enable this, a unique notification token and your chosen notification settings are stored for your device. This token is linked to your anonymous identity.
• Location Data: The app does not collect your location. We do not track your position, but we store the manually entered location for the Zone.
• Images: Camera and photo library access is used exclusively to upload images of the materials you wish to display in your own ads.
• Content and Data: To provide the app's services, we store your settings, ads, and zones you create, as well as chat messages sent in connection with ads. All data is stored securely in our database (Firebase/Firestore).

3. Third-Party Services

We use Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Messaging) for technical identification, data storage, and notifications, and Mapbox to provide map features in the app.

4. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the app under Profile → Delete my user and data. Deletion is permanent and removes all your ads, zones, chat messages, and anonymous identity.

If you do not have access to the app, you may request deletion by sending an email to rogerstarry1@gmail.com with your Anonymous ID (AuthId), which can be found under Profile in the app. We will process your request within 30 days.
